If you are selling items in varying conditions, you may wish to include the grade, for example &#8220;Apple iPhone &#8211; grade B&#8221; would mean a fully functioning phone but there may be scratches and scuffs affecting the cosmetics.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column B<\/span>: Date Bought &#8211; enter the date you bought the item.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column C<\/span>: Hammer Price &#8211; enter the winning bid amount that secured you the item.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column D<\/span>: Total Cost &#8211; take the Hammer Price and add the fees (these are added after you have won the bid and will normally consist of VAT on the item if applicable, an auction buyer&#8217;s premium plus VAT on the same). If you made a journey to attend the auction live, you should also include your transport cost.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column E<\/span>: Status &#8211; enter the status such as &#8220;Listed&#8221;, &#8220;Repairing&#8221; or &#8220;SOLD&#8221;.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column F<\/span>: Date Sold &#8211; enter the date you sold the item.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column G<\/span>: Sale Price &#8211; enter the gross amount that the customer paid you.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column H<\/span>: Selling Fees &#8211; enter all the costs associated with selling the item, for example, eBay listing and final value fees as well as postage and packaging costs.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Column I<\/span>: Net Profit &#8211; the Stock Tracker calculates this automatically for you (remember to fill down the formula each time you add a new line).
